It's quite simple really. Do you have a question? Then type it into
the box on the front page & submit your question; you will then be taken
to a page where you can answer someone elses question. That's it! Your answer
will be emailed to you once it has been answered by somebody.

| Your question either hasn't been answered yet or the email we sent to you got caught by your spam filtering software. Please check to make sure it didn't end up in your "Junk", "Spam" or "Bulk" inbox or folders & then see if you have the option to mark messages from us as "not spam/junk". |

| Sure! At the bottom of every email we send we include a link that you can click if you weren't satisfied with the answer you received; clicking this link will take you to the question input page & for your convenience the question text will automatically be filled in for you (you still have the option to make changes however); this removes the task of having to re-type out those really long questions. |

| Yes! You can do this by visiting the random answer page. Just reload the page & you will get a different question each time. |
